User Centred Design
Our R&D team is user centred and design led. We focus on understanding the patients, clinical staff and specialist’s needs when developing new solutions. This results directly in improvements in care and enables greater patient independence.
Part of our development process focussed on understanding how therapies can improve patient outcomes. This may be improving people’s independence or mobility, or decreasing the clinical cost associated with applying a therapy.

Putting the patient and the clinical users at the centre of the development process enables a more effective use of technology. This process involves working directly with the end user to understand and investigate problems, solutions and to create new opportunities for improvement
Our designs are worked on iteratively so they can be developed and tested quickly to establish their efficacy. The advantage of our integrated team is that we can quickly understand the medical factors, and make prototype fabrics quickly and re-prototype.
